Delivery TermsAt Carroll Education, our delivery terms are as follows: NationalOrders within the Republic of Ireland. InternationalInternational customers will be charged in accordance with DHL's tariff. Damaged or Faulty MerchandiseAll our parcels are sent via insured courier services or our own delivery vans and a signature is always sought on delivery. We guarantee to replace faulty or goods damaged in transit providing we are informed within 48 hours of delivery. Our Returns PolicyShould you need to return an item please contact our customer service department on +353(0)1 6120860 or info@carrolleducation.ie before you send it to us. In the event that the parcel must be returned to us, please ensure your name, address and telephone number are clearly written on a note and accompany the parcel a copy of our invoice should also be included. Also please retain proof of posting for your records in the unlikely event of your parcel not reaching us. We are unable to exchange items that are not damaged, defective or incorrect. Any exchanges are entirely at the discretion of management and will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis. Management is not obliged to exchange or refund goods that have been mistakenly ordered, however, common sense and discretion will be exercised in reaching any decision. This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights. |
